Staying safe as a cinema lover

In order to re-open in line with government guidance, we have made some changes to help create a safe and seamless experience during these times. You can see some of our new safety procedures on the right hand side.

UPDATE - As London moves to Tier 4 from Wednesday December 2020, Archlight Cinema is currently closed to the public. 

  • People will not be allowed to meet with anybody from outside their household or support or childcare bubbles in any indoor setting except where exemptions apply.

 

We will ask to confirm that all bookings are for the same household/support/childcare bubbles.

  • A one-way system will be used for customers and teams to enter and exit the sweet shop and reception area, and patrons will be asked to leave the screening row by row, after the film.
  • Film screenings will have staggered start times to allow for safe entry and exit of the cinema.
  • One seat to the side of each booking will be automatically blocked to ensure social distancing. 
  • Hand sanitiser stations have been set up at each screen for customers and employees to use.
  • Frequent deep cleaning designed to sanitise the high touch points within the cinema.
  • All employees will receive specific COVID-19 training in line with government requirements.
  • We have added protective screens at our box office area where social distancing cannot be maintained.
  • Contactless payments only and online cinema bookings are encouraged
  • Fask Masks are required by all customers when entering the premises and can only be removed once in the cinema to eat and drink purchased concessions.
